The company formation process starts with a telephone consultation.
You provide us with 3 possible company names in priority order, and we will try to reserve your first choice. If not possible, we will reserve the second or third name.
After name reservation, we'll schedule a personal meeting at the SOHO Office Building in Nagyváradi, at a mutually agreed time.
Your appearance in Nagyváradi ensures a meeting with the executive who is also the owner of the office building providing the registered office. Following this, you'll have a legal consultation where you'll sign the registration papers with the lawyer. At the same time, if necessary, we'll apply for VAT registration and the EU tax number, which is automatically granted to every new company.
The company registration process usually takes about 3-4 working days.
After that, there will be one final meeting in Nagyváradi for the bank account opening and selecting the accountant.
According to current Romanian laws, the company registration process (except for opening the bank account) can be executed without personal appearance.
